Return and Exchange Policy allows returns within 60 days for unworn items. Exchanges are only accepted for different sizes. if you desire a different color or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

FINAL SALE & CART BARN items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How To Start A Return

  1. Step 1:
    Get Ready

    Locate your order number and the zip code of where the order was shipped. Remember to include "WMG –" in front of your order numbers.

  2. Step 2:
    Enter Information

    First select the item(s) you want to return or exchange. Enter the reason why you no longer want the product(s). Select refund preference or exchange for new size. Submit

  3. Step 3:
    Return Label

    A printable shipping return label will be sent to your email address for you to print. Or you can use the provided QR code at shipping carrier.

  4. Step 4:
    Ship Your Items

    Package your item(s) in their original packaging or same size box/bag. Affix the return label and drop in the mail. We will be watching for your return.

  5. Step 5:

    Once your return/exchange has been received and processed , we will send you an email notification.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You are welcome to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from within 60 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) may be refunded to your original payment method or online credit. Final sale items may not be returned. REWARDS points will be added back to your account as well.

Exchanges may only be made for a different size of the same item. Exchanges may not be made for a different color or for different items, even if they are the same price. If you’d like to purchase a different color or item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

Free Shipping Return Labels

Our Return labels are US Ground shipping for US Orders Only. Returns take 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. We do not supply a shipping label for international orders.

Gift Returns

We are here to help you with a gift that you would like to return. For quicker processing, locate the order number and email address of the person that gave you the item. Click here to start your gift return.

If you do not have the order number or email address of the person that gave the item, click on Don’t Have Your Order Information? in the return portal and fill out the form and we will locate the order information in our system.

After verification, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount after the item arrives in our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want to know if you received a damaged or defective item or your item is not holding up with normal wear.

Email our Customer Service Team an image of the item indicating where the issue is along with written details about the defect and your full name and ship to address within one (1) year of purchase.
