Please enter your order number into the return portal (WMG-#) along with your zip code to begin the return process. When your return request is submitted, we will provide you with a pre-paid label for you to print and attach to the outside of your package. Once we receive your return to our warehouse, you will see the refund posted within 3-5 business days!
If you have multiple items to return from separate orders, please be sure to use the labels created for those items. If you combine multiple orders under one label, the items that are not from that specific order will not be processed. To avoid delays or issues with your refund, please use the correct label for each order.
