• Who is william Murray?
  William is Bill Murray’s full first name.
• Who are the murray brothers?
  Bill Murray is one of 9 kids – he has 3 sisters and 5 brothers.  The Murray Brothers are: Ed, Brian, John, Bill, Andy and Joel.  Bill Murray and his brothers grew up caddying and playing golf, which inspired Brian Murray to write Caddyshack.  Many of the brothers participated in the making of the movie and can be found standing around in some of the funniest scenes.  In fact, the oldest brother, Ed, is the real live Danny Noonan from Caddyshack.

• What are your hours?
  Customer Service:

• Why Do I see plaid details on all the apparel?
  The plaid you see on the apparel is The Murray Family Tartan dating all the way back to Scotland where their ancestors are from.  These plaids were used to identify families and are commonly referred to as a “Tartan”.  Read more about the Murray Family Tartan on the About Us page here
• Why do I see a green eyelet on all the apparel?
  The green eyelet (or rivet on pants/shorts) says "Murray Brothers" and is a nod to all of the brothers that we include on every piece of apparel we make. Even though the brand is named after Bill, all of the brothers are part of the brand and this is a little way to include them on everything.
• Do you offer coupons through third party websites?
  No, we do not offer or honor discounts or coupons found on websites such as PRMDeals or RetailMeNot at this time.

• Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order Once It has been Submitted?
  We can ONLY guarantee order changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order. Please contact us ASAP and include "Order Change Request + Order Number" in the subject line.

Product Help

• What types of materials do you use in your products?
  All the materials we use are very comfortable and pass the “Bill could sleep in this” test.
  Polos – Our polos are made from a poly/ elastane blend. You won’t need to iron these polos, they come out looking great every time.
  Shorts – Our shorts are made from a nylon/poly/ elastane blend with an elastic waistband that has just enough give.
  Button Up – Our button up shirts are four-way stretch and made from a poly/ elastane blend. You’ve never felt a button up quite like this one. Best news – they are wrinkle resistant, so no need to waste money dry cleaning these shirts.
• How should I care for my new William Murray gear?
  Our gear all have the same care instructions/recommendations:
  -Machine Wash Cold / Lay flat to dry: Minimal to no shrinkage
  -Machine Wash Cold / Machine dry Low: up to 5% shrinkage appx 1/4" around
  
  Please note: The logos are heat transferred, so applying excessive heat (ie, ironing, dry cleaning, high heat drying) can cause the logos to come off.
• What size should I order?
  Polo – Our polos are made with a more relaxed fit, but not your grandfather’s boxy style.  If you are in between sizes or you prefer a slimmer, tighter fit, we recommend sizing down.
  Button Down – Our button downs are a little more slim fitting than our polos.   If you prefer a more relaxed fitting button down, we recommend sizing up.
  Shorts/Pants – Our shorts and pants have waist sizes, so hopefully you know your size.  They also have an elastic waistband with some extra give.  The inseam of our pants is 33 inches.

• What if an item/size I want is out of stock?
  When an item/size is out of stock, a box will appear that says “enter your email address.”  Choose the size you’re looking for, enter your email address, and click the “notify me” button to the right of the box.  A note will appear saying your notification has been registered.
  
  You will be notified via email if the item becomes available due to a return/exchange or a full restock.
  
  It’s important to sign up because we look at the number of requested notifications when determining which items to reorder.
  

Order Questions

• How do I return an item?
  We will gladly take eligible returns within 60 days of delivery as long as they are returned in the same, new condition with any original tags.
  
  FINAL SALE & CART BARN items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  
  We understand final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, our final sale items are priced below cost, which is a rare discount. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. We hope you understand.

  Our return labels use ground shipping. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund.   No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.

• When will my order ship?
  Orders with standard or priority shipping are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that orders placed during peak shipping periods such as the first day of each month, promotional events, and holidays, may take an additional 1-2 business days to process due to the high volume of orders. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
  
  As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. Once your tracking number is updated for the first time (usually 24-48 hours after you've received a shipping notification from William Murray Golf), you will be able to see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order. This date is just an estimation, and may change during transit.
  
  Orders with Expedited 2-Day and Overnight Shipping will ship the same day, as long as the order is placed before 2pm CT (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm CT will ship the next business day.
• What are my shipping options?
  Our domestic shipping methods are as follows:
  
  USPS Standard Shipping ($9.95) - typically arrives 5-7 business days from ship date
  FedEx Expedited 2-Day Shipping ($25.00) - arrives in 2 business days *Cut off time is 2pm CT
  FedEx Expedited Overnight Shipping ($35.00) - arrives in 1 business day *Cut off time is 2pm CT
  
  We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $125
  
  Please note that overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday as we do not currently offer Saturday delivery.  If you need your order by the weekend, please place your order before 2pm CT on Thursday and select overnight shipping!*****
• How much is international shipping?
  Our flat shipping rates for countries outside the United States are as follows:
  -Canada/Mexico: $35.95
  -Puerto Rico: $35.95
  -Other countries: $35.95
  
  Please note that this shipping rate does not include any import taxes, customs duties, and/or additional fees levied by the destination country.  William Murray Golf has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.  All additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient;  William Murray Golf is not responsible for duties and taxes required to import goods.
  
  Please be aware that international orders do not qualify for free shipping, even during promotional periods.

• I have a question about my order, where do I go?
  If you have additional questions about your order, please email us at: help@williammurraygolf.com. Someone will get back to you within 1-2 business days (M-F) to help answer any questions you may have or resolve any order issues.
• How do I redeem discount codes or reward points during checkout?
  The process of redeeming rewards is simple. Make sure you sign out of ShopPay, then log-in to your account and you will be able to select your points during the checkout process. To make it easier we have recorded a video explaining the process on desktop and mobile.
